This is a DC three-wire magnetic proximity switch using a saturable coil that utilizes high-frequency transmission. We offer four models tailored to different applications based on shape and protective structure. The 'SW-252A' and 'SW-272A', compliant with IP68, can be used underwater at all times. Additionally, leveraging the characteristics of magnetic detection type proximity switches, they can distinguish detection magnetic poles (both NS poles, only N pole, only S pole). Main features: Four models available: rectangular case types 'SW-250A' and 'SW-252A', and M9 case types 'SW-270A' and 'SW-272A'. - The 'SW-250A' and 'SW-270A' with protection structure IP67 come with an operation indicator light. - The 'SW-252A' and 'SW-272A' compliant with IP68 can be used underwater at all times. - Output formats (PNP, NPN) can be selected according to PLC input. - The 'SW-270A' and 'SW-272A' have screw threads on the sensor body, making height adjustment easy after installation! Detection distances can be freely set according to the magnetic force of the magnet, allowing multiple units to be used in parallel without mutual interference. Traditional sensors have risks of malfunction or failure in high-temperature environments, but our high-temperature resistant magnetic proximity sensors achieve stable operation even at 150°C. This contributes to improved engine performance and reliability. By separating the detection unit and the circuit unit (up to 10 meters), it can be used continuously even in environments of 150°C. Aside from the heat resistance temperature, there are no significant differences in specifications compared to our standard sensors.
